About Julie Briles

Julie's adventurous spirit was fueled by stories of her ancestors traversing Alaska for gold and homesteading in the Matanuska Valley. Her dreams of exploring The Last Frontier became a reality in 1987, with a move to Kodiak Island. The purchase of a building there provided Julie the opportunity to remodel and create both a living, and work space for her growing family and her salon business.

Traveling back and forth to Anchorage over the years inspired Julie to relocate and start another business venture involving tourism and hospitality. This time, a multi-unit property that made a solid investment for retirement, as well as a venue for furnished vacation, corporate, and residential rentals.

Julie's favorite past times are enjoying the great outdoors, browsing thrift shops, spontaneous road trips, beautifying the yard, and researching on Ancestry.com. The Oregon Coast visiting family and The Hawaiian Islands are her preferred vacation destinations.

Many years as a business owner and property manager have provided her with knowledge and sound advice for those considering a first time investment property or a second home/vacation property.
